FAQ

Pricing & billing

How is Apilyn priced?

B2B packaging combines a monthly platform fee with metered job units on paid tiers. List prices on apilyn.com are illustrative; your organization sees included units, overage rates, and invoices in the app.apilyn.com billing portal.

What counts as billable usage?

Async document jobs and sync tool invocations roll up to organization usage exports. Storage retention and priority lanes depend on tier entitlements. Webhooks and signed downloads are part of the job lifecycle—not surprise add-ons.

Is there an enterprise tier?

Yes. Private workers, custom retention, dedicated support, and multi-region deployment are quoted separately. HSS PFA (CUI RO51965685) is the contracting entity.

Can I stay on the free tier?

The free tier is designed for sandboxes and integration testing with conservative concurrency. Move to Starter or Growth when you need production SLAs, webhooks at scale, and higher included units.
